1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ab99o ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the ab99o website at ab99o.net and any related services, products, software, or content offered therein. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

ab99o operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting including cricket, and crash game products to players in Bangladesh. The platform's services are intended exclusively for recreational use by eligible adults. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of responsible, fair gaming standards shall prevail. If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ab99o reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, supplement, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ab99o will post the updated Terms at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of ab99o's services — including depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must also create a secure password for your account. ab99o relies on the accuracy of this information to administer your account, process payments, and conduct identity verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ab99o. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.
• One account per household / device: Where multiple accounts are identified as originating from the same household IP address or shared device, ab99o reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including requesting additional identity documentation from all affected parties.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. ab99o will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ab99o's support team immediately at [email protected]. ab99o will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account to prevent further access pending resolution.
• Account ownership: Your ab99o account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. Any winnings, bonuses, or balances held in an account are non-transferable except by way of a legitimate withdrawal to a payment method registered in your name.

ab99o conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) checks as part of the account lifecycle. Initial KYC may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during the account relationship where ab99o deems it necessary. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate for age verification purposes. Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement — may additionally be required for higher-value accounts.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

ab99o is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, access any game, place any wager, or transact in any way on the platform. This age restriction is absolute and applies regardless of any local variation in gambling age thresholds. By registering with ab99o, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to maintain a valid ab99o account:

1. You are a natural person aged 18 years or over at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account.
2. You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling activities of this nature are not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
3. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling platforms.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other individual or entity.
5. You have not previously had an ab99o account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

ab99o takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Age verification is conducted as part of the standard KYC process before any withdrawal is approved. Where ab99o has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account holder may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be halted, and the matter will be investigated. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source. No winnings or bonuses generated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ab99o are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of BDT-denominated payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether deposits from or withdrawals to accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ab99o balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating institution.
• ab99o does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service or bank may levy their own transaction charges, for which ab99o accepts no responsibility.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact the support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the amount deposited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, you must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts with incomplete KYC will be held pending document submission.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This anti-money-laundering control helps ab99o verify that funds are returning to the account from which they originated.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad wallets is 15 to 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• ab99o reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, involve recently deposited funds with no gaming activity, or display other patterns consistent with money laundering or financial crime. Such requests may be held for up to five business days pending review.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal. Only cleared, real-money balances are withdrawable.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through ab99o, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any other product offered on the platform. These rules are supplemented by specific game or market rules that may be published within individual product sections of the platform. In the event of a conflict, the specific product rules shall take precedence over these general provisions.

1. Bet placement: All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your account balance at the time of placement. Bets placed in excess of your available balance will not be accepted. ab99o does not extend credit under any circumstances.
2. Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference number. If your internet connection is interrupted during bet placement, check your account's bet history before re-placing the wager. ab99o will not be responsible for duplicate bets placed due to a failure to check bet history.
3. Odds and prices: All advertised odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. For in-play (live) betting, odds may fluctuate rapidly in response to match events. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
4. Void bets: ab99o reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account without interest. ab99o will notify affected players of voided bets.
5. Limits: ab99o operates per-market and per-account stake limits. These limits are set at ab99o's discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice. Players who consistently place maximum stakes may find individual market limits adjusted on their accounts.
6. Suspicious activity: Bets that show evidence of match fixing, insider information exploitation, or any form of organised betting fraud will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended. ab99o cooperates with sports governing bodies including the ICC and BCB in relation to match integrity concerns.
7. Casino RNG games: All RNG casino games and slots use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. ab99o does not manipulate RNG outcomes.
8. Live casino: Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) in real time. ab99o is not responsible for the outcome of any live game, which is governed by the standard rules of the relevant casino game as published within the game interface.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus wagering requirement is outstanding will result in the older bonus being forfeited.
• Promotion eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Returning player promotions are available to accounts that meet the eligibility criteria specified in each offer. ab99o reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion at its sole discretion where it suspects abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses not utilised or wagering requirements not completed before the stated expiry will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Changes to promotions: ab99o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-cycle, players who have already opted in will be given a reasonable period to complete existing wagering requirements, or the bonus will be removed and the deposit portion returned to real-money balance.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ab99o, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all account holders and are a condition of continued access to ab99o's services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep that information updated throughout the life of your account.

You must not:

• Register more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, device, or IP address.
• Use any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets, or extract data in an automated manner.
• Exploit any software bug, error, glitch, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match fixing, or insider betting using non-public information about sporting events or game outcomes.
• Use the platform to launder money, process illicit funds, or conduct any activity in furtherance of financial crime.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ab99o staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to any part of ab99o's administrative systems.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limitation that has been applied to your account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ab99o reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

1. Breach of these Terms: Any confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension pending investigation or immediate permanent closure, depending on the severity of the breach.
2. Failed KYC verification: If you are unable to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so, your account may be suspended and access to withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.
3. Fraudulent activity: Accounts associated with fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or financial crime will be closed immediately and the matter referred to the relevant authorities and payment providers.
4. Self-exclusion: If you request self-exclusion through your account dashboard or by contacting support, your account will be closed for the requested period. During a self-exclusion, you will not be able to deposit, bet, or receive promotional materials from ab99o.
5. Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be deemed inactive. ab99o will attempt to contact you using the registered email address before taking any action on an inactive account. Accounts with a real-money balance will have that balance returned to the registered payment method before closure.
6. Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all active bonus balances will be forfeited and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification if not already done.

Where an account is closed by ab99o due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Balances generated through legitimate gameplay prior to the breach will generally be returned to the registered payment method, unless the breach involves financial crime or fraud, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation and legal proceedings.

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal complaint to ab99o's support team at [email protected]. Complaints will be acknowledged within two business days and investigated within ten business days. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may seek independent dispute resolution through a recognised alternative dispute resolution body.
